Training Description

The role of a school administrator is complex and challenging with many demands. UF CARD recognizes the importance of the role of administrators in creating school climates that allow students to thrive. This Guide for School Administrators’ provides information and resources to assist in addressing the educational needs of students with autism and related disabilities in both general and special education.

Training Objectives

  • Participants will be able to list CARD services
  • Participants will be able to identify issues that require administrator support
  • Participants will be able to describe strategies that effective educational practices

District and school administrators, ESE specialists, teacher, and therapists
