This presentation will consist of a discussion of a variety of product options for managing incontinence, what insurance plans will pay (e.g.,Florida Medicaid), the ordering process, and how companies such as, 180 Medical, can assist accessing products.​

About the presenter:
Rachel Phillips brings over 20 years of experience of working with children and adults with special healthcare needs. Rachel has worn many hats working in a variety of positions as Incontinence Territory Manager, Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor, as well as working directly with Support Coordinators/Case Managers to ensure provision of their clients’ medical supplies.
