UF CARD Employment Boot Camp: #AdultingGoals 6/24-28/19

UF CARD is offering a one-week (i.e., five full-days) Employment Boot Camp for adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disabilities (RD). The schedule of activities for the Boot Camp is designed to facilitate the development of professional and personal goals toward career and/or college success.  The activities will include: identifying strengths and goals, developing resumes, practicing interview skills, exploring potential jobs, and managing time and stress.  By the end of the week, participants will have determined next steps for achieving both their personal and professional goals.

This program is free of charge to participants thanks to generous donations from IMPACT Autism at UF.

Eligible participants must:

  • ​be 18 or older
  • have exited high school
  • be a UF CARD constituent
  • be interested in getting a job or volunteering
  • be able to attend all 5 days of the camp

Gainesville FL 32606
Room TBA. We will notify participants of the exact location before Boot Camp begins.
