Training Description:
This 90-minute presentation will give participants the background on the Zones of Regulation program and will provide participants with resources to use in their own classrooms. Books will be provided to participants who attend the presentation in-person.

Target Audience:
Educators, Therapists, & Parents

Training Objectives:
At the conclusion of the training, participants will:
-Become familiar with the Zones, a concept designed by Lean Kuypers to help students gain skills in the area of self-regulation.
-Increase students’ vocabulary of emotional terms as well as their skills in reading the facial expressions and reactions of others.
-Assist students in gaining insight into events that trigger their behavior.
-Offer calming and alerting strategies as well as problem solving skills.
