This presentation will provide a brief overview of types of Guardianship and the benefits of Guardian Advocacy, as well as how to go through the process without legal fees.

Sylvia is the single parent of two young adult sons with ASD and a 23-year-old daughter with mild mental illness.  She provides support services to individuals receiving the iBudget Medicaid Waiver and advocates for systems change for all individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities at the state level.
